10月24日晚， 甘李药业 披露定增预案，公司拟以27.12元\/股价格，向控股 股东 暨实际控制人甘忠如发行不超过3000万股股份，募集资金总额不超过8.14亿元，扣除发行费用后将全额用于补充流动资金。 本次发行前，甘忠如直接持有公司股份31.54%，并通过北京旭特宏达科技有限公司间接控制公司8.46%的股权，合计控制公司40%股权。本次发行完成后，若按照发行数量上限计算，甘忠如将合计控制公司43.05%的股权，仍为公司控股股东、实际控制人。 甘李药业 在糖尿病用药领域具有深厚的积累，公司专注于胰岛素类药物的研发、工艺优化及产业化生产，具备完整胰岛素研发管线，拥有五个胰岛素类似物品种以及一个人胰岛素品种，并正在布局和推进第四代胰岛素以及更前沿的糖尿病治疗相关的药物和疗法。对于本次定增目的， 甘李药业 表示是为了把握行业发展机遇，践行公司长期发展战略，进一步满足下游客户需求。为确保实现战略发展目标，公司需要持续在生产经营中进行投入，相对充足的资本实力是公司稳步发展的重要保障。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报）
