合作组建300亿规模汽车产业 基金 ，共同搭建“链主企业+产业基金+龙头项目”联动模式，合力推动新兴产业项目落地粤港澳大湾区……11月10日，广州产投集团与 广汽集团 签署战略合作备忘录，双方达成全面战略合作。 据悉，双方将重点开展以下合作：在广州产投集团牵头组建的1500亿元广州产业母基金下，探讨设立300亿元广州智联 新能源 汽车产业发展基金，支持广州汽车制造业智能化、高端化、绿色化转型升级；投资布局产业链上下游具备产业协同效应的优质项目，重点推动动力 电池 、智能网联、 汽车芯片 等领域的新产能、新技术、新模式落地广州，推动广州汽车产业延链、补链、强链、扩链；在能源生态、智能出行、金融 保险 、汽车试验中心、高端康养、产业研究等领域探讨合作机会。 广汽集团 董事长曾庆洪表示， 广汽集团 正聚焦汽车新四化(电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化)，重点围绕 新能源 和智能网联两大核心领域进行投资布局，期待与广州产投集团共建资本链、产业链、生态链，强强联合，共赢发展。 广州产投集团董事长高东旺表示，广州产投集团将发挥积极有为 股东 作用，全面推动战略合作、积极布局产业链条、协同共建发展生态，全力以赴、全面赋能、耐心陪伴，助力 广汽集团 高质量发展。 此前，双方已有深厚的合作基础。广州产投集团累计出资近60亿元支持 广汽集团 及旗下广汽埃安、如祺出行、众诚 保险 公司发展，已成为广汽埃安外部最大的战略投资者。 （文章来源：南方都市报）
