11月8日晚间，上海农商行(601825.SH)发布关于稳定股价方案的 公告 。 公告称，该行拟采取由 股东 上海国际集团有限公司(以下简称“国际集团”)、上海国有资产经营有限公司(以下简称“国资经营”)、上海国际集团资产管理有限公司(以下简称“国际资管”)、上海久事(集团)有限公司(以下简称“久事集团”)和 浙江沪杭甬 高速公路股份有限公司(以下简称“ 浙江沪杭甬 ”)，以不低于最近一个年度其自该行获得现金 分红 总额的15%的资金，增持该行股份的措施稳定股价。 公告指出，国际集团及其子公司国资经营、国际资管本次合计拟增持的金额不低于7348.00万元，久事集团和 浙江沪杭甬 本次拟增持的金额分别不低于6164.28万元、3920.93万元。 上海农商行指出，本次增持计划不设价格区间，实施期限为自本公告披露之日起6个月内。 从增持主体的基本情况来看，国际集团、国资经营、国际资管、久事集团、 浙江沪杭甬 已持有上海农商行股份比例分别为0.71%、8.57%、0.0001%、7.61%以及4.85%。其中，国资经营和国际资管为国际集团的全资子公司，持股比例合计超过5%； 浙江沪杭甬 为上海农商行首发上市前持股5%以上股东。 据悉，自2022年9月22日至10月26日，上海农商行A股股票已连续20个交易日的收盘价低于该行最近一期经审计的每股净资产9.42元\/股(扣除派息调整后)，触发该行稳定股价措施。该行于10月24日披露了《关于触发稳定股价措施的提示性公告》。 截至11月8日A股收盘，上海农商行平盘报收5.40元\/股，较发行价8.9元\/股已下跌近40%。 该行三季报显示，2022年前三季度，上海农商行实现营收为195.37亿元，同比增长7.63%；归母 净利润 为89.80亿元，同比增长17.11%。截至9月末，该行不良贷款率为0.96%，拨备覆盖率为439.15%。 （文章来源：蓝鲸财经）
