格隆汇3月3日丨 和誉-B (02256.HK)发布 公告 ，2022年3月3日，和誉医药宣布其自主研发的口服FGFR2\/3高选择性抑制剂ABSK061获得国家药监局临床研究许可，即将开展针对晚期实体瘤的国内首次人体I期临床试验。ABSK061也成为全球范围内第一个获得FDA以及国家药监局许可，进入临床试验的选择性FGFR2\/3小分子抑制剂。 根据披露，ABSK061是和誉医药独立自主研发并拥有全球知识产权的一款新一代口服、高活性、高选择性小分子FGFR2\/3抑制剂。首代泛FGFR抑制剂已在针对多种携带 FGFR2\/3变异的肿瘤中展现出临床疗效并在全球范围内逐步获批上市，但安全窗及药效均受限于FGFR1抑制相关副作用。通过降低对FGFR1的抑制以及保持对FGFR2\/3的高活性，ABSK061作为第二代FGFR抑制剂有望在临床上取得更好的安全窗及疗效，并逐步取代第一代泛FGFR抑制剂。除肿瘤以外，ABSK061还具备拓展用於治疗包括软骨发育不全在内的多种非肿瘤适应症的巨大潜力。 （文章来源：格隆汇）
