摘要： 综合国内媒体报道，3月20日，上海复旦大学附属华山医院感染科主任张文宏直播连线专家，谈到第四针疫苗接种问题时表示，会考虑这方面后续的布局。张文宏表示， 关于要不要接种第四针，我最近看到新加坡、以色列都在布局第四针的一个打法。经过这次疫情的洗礼，不仅是香港，还有内地，我们其实都会考虑这方面后续的一些布局 。 在此前发布的微博长文中，张文宏多次强调了疫苗的重要性。他提到上海近六个月收治的2266例病例中，大多数是海外输入性病例，94%打过疫苗。 这2266个病人中，重症的只有0.1%，危重症（需要插管）和死亡的一例也没有。 张文宏医生表示，不打疫苗不一定有事，因为病毒已经变得相对比较弱了。但是有事的绝大多数都是没有打过疫苗的。 张医生还举例香港的情况，在死亡个案中，有89.4%的人并无接种疫苗或只注射了一针疫苗。而80岁或以上的死亡个案中，更有91.5%的人未接种或只打了一针。 根据死亡率分析， 接种一剂或未打针人士的整体死亡率是2.03%，相较接种两针人士的0.09%，有23倍的差别。
