吴晓龙 四川在线记者 唐子晴 3月15日，攀枝花市金沙江干流上，银江水电站二期正进行加高填筑、土工膜施工，随着基坑内的水不断被抽出，主河床基坑开挖工程即将“打响”。 银江水电站的坝址距攀枝花市主城区约10公里，是金沙江中游“一库十级”规划的最末一级。项目建成后，攀枝花主城区将形成一个岸长16公里，总库容6000万立方米的“高峡平湖”。 去年12月16日，银江水电站实现大江截流，形成了一个蓄水量28万立方米的基坑。随后，上千名建设者用时84天，将围堰填筑至防渗墙施工高度，并完成防渗墙施工，确保围堰顺利“闭气”，实现工程建设“开门红”。 该围堰是银江水电站二期基坑开挖、大坝混凝土浇筑及机组安装的必要前置工程，分为上游围堰和下游围堰，与左岸岸坡及混凝土纵向围堰形成环状，具备抵御11400立方米\/秒金沙江洪水的能力，能为接下来的二期基坑内施工提供保护。 川投能源攀水电公司工程管理部经理严瑞平介绍，主河床基坑开挖工程即将启动，预计将用7天时间完成基坑的抽水工作。同时，将跟随抽水的进度对基坑内的野生鱼类采取保护措施，严格执行封闭式管理，将基坑内的野生鱼类全部放归金沙江。
