近日，申能集团旗下上海液化 天然气 有限责任公司（简称上海LNG）冷能发电试车团队传来好消息，当前正在调试的国内首台套冷能发电装置成功通过性能及可靠性试验，其间最大发电功率达3000千瓦以上，装置安全可靠，并达到各项性能指标。上海LNG冷能发电装置为国内首台套、目前世界上最大规模的冷能发电装置，设计年发电量2400万千瓦时，每年可减少能耗近7000吨标煤，减少碳排放约1万吨。该装置不仅有效开发利用了多余冷能，也填补了我国在冷能发电领域的空白。 据了解，上海LNG冷能发电装置因地制宜，利用液化 天然气 的优质低温冷能和海水的低品位热能产生电能。冷能发电装置可在每小时气化200吨液化 天然气 的基础上利用冷能发电3000千瓦左右。 本次透平发电系统调试分三阶段进行。3月底，试车小组完成前两阶段的测试，具备并网发电条件。进入第三阶段并网测试后，冷能设备需与原有生产线同步运行，试车小组相继开展多项测试，全面验证装置的安全性。 （文章来源：解放日报）
