5月1日，据韩联社，韩国总统室1日消息，韩日正就韩国总统尹锡悦和日本首相岸田文雄7日在首尔龙山总统府会晤的事宜进行最终协调沟通。双方正在讨论明日同步公布岸田文雄访韩和韩日首脑会谈日程的方案。 据报道，部分观点曾预测岸田文雄或将于夏季访韩，但韩日两国已在尹锡悦24日启程赴美之前就开始对岸田文雄访韩事宜进行协调沟通。若岸田文雄访韩成行，韩日首脑将在3月16日的东京会谈后时隔50多天再会，也是自2011年10月后，韩日首脑例行互访的“穿梭外交”时隔12年全面恢复。 报道称，据推测，总统室或认为岸田文雄访韩的最大意义在于全面恢复穿梭外交。也就是说，此次会谈的重点并不是取得新的成果，而是将重新确认双方保持紧密沟通的意志，争取落实东京会谈的后续措施。虽然国内有不少呼声要求岸田文雄在访韩期间对掳日劳工赔偿问题亲自道歉，但多数观点认为难以做到。而韩日之所以加速推进岸田文雄访韩日程，是因为两国对只有恢复双边关系才能巩固韩美日关系达成共识。七国集团（G7）峰会将于本月中旬在日本广岛举行，韩美日首脑可能借此举行会谈，商讨扩大三国安全合作的方案。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
