上交所制定发布《上海 证券 交易所 融资融券 交易业务指引第1号——担保物集中度管理》，自2023年7月31日起施行。会员应当对单一客户提交的担保物中单一股票或者存托凭证市值占该客户担保物市值的比例进行监控，并结合不同股票的风险特征，对客户担保物集中度上限实行差异化管理。会员应当重点关注单一股票作为信用账户担保物总量占其上市可流通量的比例，结合股票估值、股价波动、上市公司经营等因素加强风险识别。每个交易日，对于前一交易日单一股票担保物比例在25%以上且该股票静态市盈率在300倍以上或者为负数的，会员应当不晚于次一交易日开市前，对于该股票的客户担保物集中度在70%以上且维持担保比例在300%以下的客户，暂停接受其融资买入该股票的委托，并可以采取其他风险控制措施。 （文章来源：财联社）
