金诚信 4月24日晚间披露2022年年报。数据显示，2022年公司实现 营业收入 53.55亿元，同比增长18.9%；归属于上市公司 股东 的 净利润 6.1亿元，同比增长29.47%，经营 业绩 再创新高；基本每股收益1.02元，拟每10股派发现金人民币1.20元（含税）。公司同时披露2023年一季报，一季度业绩继续保持高增长态势，实现营业收入14.76亿元，同比增长29.18%；净利润1.85亿元，同比增长16.52%；基本每股收益0.31元。 年报显示，2022年，面对全球大宗商品市场剧烈波动、国内经济下行等多重考验，公司坚定不移地推动公司从单一的矿山开发服务企业向集团化的矿业公司全面转型，坚持国内和海外“两个市场”的发展方向，全面构建以矿山开发服务和资源开发双轮驱动的商业模式，矿山开发服务板块业绩再创新高，资源开发板块项目齐头并进，辅助板块发展提速，为公司持续稳定发展打下了坚实基础。 2022年全年，公司海外市场实现主营业务收入32.29亿元，占公司主营业务收入比例达61.75%。海外项目规模和质量不断提升，公司服务的普朗、海矿、卡莫阿、谦比希等采矿项目继续保持稳产高产。 2022年，公司获部级优质工程奖2项、部级咨询奖4项、部级工法7项、发明专利2项、实用新型专利58项、计算机软件著作权2项、国家级质量管理（QC）成果奖2项、省部级质量管理（QC）成果奖9项。公司作为课题负责人承担的国家十三五重大专项《金属矿深竖井高效掘进与成井关键技术及装备》正式完成并通过验收。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
