4月13日下午，2023年台湾青年深圳实习活动“WAY！来深圳”发布会在深圳南山人才公园求贤阁举行。今年台湾青年深圳实习报名时间为4月13日到6月9日，实习时间7月中旬到8月中旬。 据了解，今年的实习就业岗位在数量上达到历年新高，实习岗位有1256个，实习衔接就业岗位564个，就业岗位700多个，共有359家企业参与本次活动。同时，还呈现出实习企业知名度高、影响力大，实习岗位丰富多样、含金量高的特点。 一是实习企业“大厂 云集 ”。包括世界500强企业，如 中国平安 、 招商银行 、腾讯等；还有一批行业“头雁”，如深圳 证券 交易所、前海微众 银行 、平安 证券 、金蝶软件、喜德盛自行车、深圳地铁集团、 深圳机场 、 中国电信 等。 二是实习岗位“百花齐放”。各类优质实习岗位丰富多彩，其中科技类占比27%、金融类占18%、文创类和社会服务类占18%。如迈瑞生物医疗硬件开发工程师、富泰华产品开发工程师、安永会计师事务所审计实习生、卓建律师事务所律师助理、南方医科大学深圳医院康复技师、 工商银行 客服经理实习生等。 三是实习时间“灵活多样”。除了在暑假期间一个月的实习，今年的实习岗位还增添了许多灵活实习选择。如 鹏鼎控股 、盈科律师事务所、 长城证券 、萨米医疗中心、华大海洋科技等提供1个月至半年的实习机会，让实习生根据自己的时间规划有更多的选择。 四是实习衔接就业岗位“炙手可热”。实习衔接就业岗位是企业和青年的双向选择平台，对于有兴趣来深就业的台湾青年机会难得。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
