4月11日，“党建引领促发展服务创新增动能——民营金融机构与国有金融机构携手助力民营经济高质量发展论坛”在位于上海 陆家嘴 的中国金融信息中心举办。该论坛在上海市工商业联合会指导下，上海市地方金融监督管理局支持下，上海市工商联金融服务商会主办。 在“民营金融机构与国有金融机构如何携手助力民营经济高质量发展”圆桌论坛上，上海联合产权交易所副总裁赵红光表示，上海联合产权交易所是集股权、物权、债权、 知识产权 等交易业务以及增资扩股等融资业务为一体的专业化市场平台。2022年，上海联合产权交易所服务各类项目交易规模近3600亿元。 为更好服务民营企业，2020年上海联合产权交易所成立面向非公有制主体的服务团队，为广大民营主体开展相应服务。在此过程中，上海联合产权交易所注重做好三件事： 第一，恪守“三公”原则。上海联合产权交易所提供交易服务平台，不会参与交易中，为民营企业提供公开、公平、公正的交易场所。 第二，重视建设及运营投资人库。通过建立投资人库，将源源不断的项目精准推荐给投资人，并专门开发全流程、智能化的全新交易服务系统，让服务更加高效便捷。截至目前，上海联交所积累数十万投资人资源。 第三，紧扣国家高质量发展要求，承担 专精特新 、小巨人等企业培育服务工作。配合上海市相关部门开展上海市 专精特新 企业相关申报工作。下属单位股交中心同样注重 专精特新 服务安排。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
