4月5日，据《华尔街日报》报道，知情人士透露，咨询机构麦肯锡正逐步停止破产咨询服务，此前其为陷入困境的借款人提供咨询服务的工作引发了多起诉讼和政府调查。这些人士称，此前在麦肯锡的恢复和转型服务(RTS)部门站门从事破产咨询工作的合伙人，要么将离开公司，要么转而从事其他类型的工作。 麦肯锡的一位发言人表示，RTS部门不会被关闭，裁员涉及不面向客户的员工，顾问并没有被裁掉。该发言人说：“RTS是我们更广泛的转型的一部分，该业务将继续增长并为全球客户提供服务。”他确认该公司目前没有进行任何与破产保护相关的业务。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
