3月31日，中国农业农村低碳发展论坛暨第十六届农业环境峰会在北京举行。中国农科院在会上发布了《2023中国农业农村低碳发展报告》，显示目前我国主要 农产品 碳排放强度呈下降趋势。这是国内首份农业农村领域低碳发展并持续跟踪研究的报告。 报告显示，为了发展农业农村低碳生产，我国采取了一系列稳定粮食生产政策措施和专项行动，其中每年投入1000亿元左右的资金支持高标准农田建设。高标准农田建设既能提高节水灌溉等新技术采纳率，又可以抑制碳排放强度，具有显著的粮食增产与碳减排协同作用。多年数据分析表明，我国大豆、马铃薯、甘蔗等单位 农产品 的碳排放强度呈下降趋势。 对于未来发展，报告建议，贯彻落实《农业农村减排固碳实施方案》，稳妥推进生态低碳农业发展；协同推进丰产增效与绿色低碳发展，降低排放强度；提升农业碳汇能力，推进农业生态价值转化；推进农业农村减污降碳，发挥可再生能源替代作用；增强农业发展韧性，提高应对气候变化能力等。 （文章来源：经济日报）
