5月19日上午， 国轩高科 第十二届科技大会在合肥开幕，公司同时发布了最新自研LMFP体系的L600启晨电芯及 电池 包，开启了业内无NCM依然可续航1000公里的先河。 国轩高科 国际业务执行总裁程骞介绍，公司经过十年时间自研LMFP材料，通过共沉淀合成工艺，先进的掺杂包覆技术和新型的造粒技术解决了高温Mn溶出、导电率低、压实密度低这等棘手问题，美国克利夫兰研究院研发出了针对LMFP的新型电解液，大大改善了高温循环和存储性能。采用自研的LMFP材料和电解液， 国轩高科 启晨L600电芯应运而生。 “启晨L600LMFP电芯实现240Wh\/kg的质量能量密度，525Wh\/L的体积能量密度，常温循环4000圈，高温循环1800圈，可以确保汽车行驶80万公里以上，轻松实现18分钟的快充，并且一次性通过新国标的针刺、热箱、过充、过放、热失控、短路、挤压等安全测试。”程骞表示，启晨L600电芯预计2024年开始量产。 而基于该款电芯打造的启晨 电池 包，采用了三明治结构的双面液冷技术和极简设计思路。其极简设计结构使得 电池 包的结构件数量降低45%，重量降低32%；极简电气设计思路使得电池包的线束长度甚至只有之前的26%，从原来的303米的线束降到了80米，体积成组效率却达到了76%，pack能量密度达到了190Wh\/kg，超越了目前市场上的三元电池能量密度。也就是说，在不采用三元电池体系的前提下，国轩高科启晨电池包业内首次做到了1000公里续航。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
