5月27日，中国上市公司协会年会（理事会）暨2023中国上市公司峰会在北京召开。 中国证监会党委委员、副主席王建军在会上表示，上市公司质量很大程度上决定着我国资本市场的发展质量，体现着中国经济的成色。新一轮推动提高上市公司质量三年行动方案已启动实施，必须克服困难，多管齐下进一步推动上市公司高质量发展。 国务院国资委党委委员、副主任赵世堂表示，将持续推动中央企业更好融入资本市场，在打造现代新国企上展现新作为。 中国上市公司协会会长宋志平在讲话中表示，上市公司群体作为中国企业的优秀代表，肩负重任，协会将团结带领全体上市公司一起，勇于担当、主动作为，坚定高质量发展信心，全力以赴推动上市公司高质量发展再上新台阶。 此外，上市公司会员代表，中国证监会相关机关部门、各辖区证监局、沪深北交易所及中国结算等会系统相关单位负责人等，共计900余人参加了此次会议。 在圆桌对话环节，中上协会长宋志平， 人民网 党委书记、董事长、总裁叶蓁蓁， 中材国际 党委书记、董事长刘燕， 中航光电 总经理李森， 云天化 集团副总经理、 云天化 股份董事长段文瀚， 中科星图 副董事长、总裁邵宗有， 中国银河 首席经济学家刘锋，围绕“完善中国特色估值体系，引领上市公司高质量发展”深入交流、凝聚共识。 5月27日下午，中国上市公司协会举行了“金融创新助力实体经济高质量发展论坛”和“上市公司 数字经济 高质量发展论坛”两场平行论坛，并在会上发布“上市公司之家App”《上市公司 数字经济 发展报告》和《上市公司数字化转型典型案例榜单》。 （文章来源：新京报）
