5月24日， 晶科能源 （688223.SH） 公告 称，公司与山西转型综合改革示范区管理委员会签订投资协议，拟在山西综改区规划建设年产56GW垂直一体化大基地项目，项目总投资约560亿元。 根据公告披露，该项目建设内容包括56GW单晶拉棒、56GW硅片、56GW高效 电池 和56GW组件产能。项目共分四期，建设周期约二年，每期建设规模为拉棒、切片、 电池 片、组件各14GW一体化项目，一期项目预计2024年第一季度投产，二期项目预计2024年第二季度投产，三期、四期项目预计2025年建成投产。 N型（硅片由硅材料掺杂磷元素制成）技术路线是目前正在加速迭代占据的市场的光伏 电池 技术。 晶科能源 方面表示，这将是全球首个包含硅片、电池、组件的“超级一体化” 太阳能 工厂，也将是行业最大的N型一体化生产基地，有望加速推进行业向N型升级，缓解N型产品“供不应求”的局面。 晶科能源 在N型产品布局较早。根据公开披露， 晶科能源 2022年底已建成N型 TOPCon电池 产能超过35GW，2023年出货结构中N型占比将达6成以上。 在5月23日的 晶科能源 N型技术高价值市场分析研讨会上， 晶科能源 副总裁姚峰曾表示，N型TOPCon作为当前主流技术的声浪已形成，许多电站投资商已将TOPCon作为首选。预计，今年TOPCon在整个中国市场占比会超过30%，明年预计至少可达60%左右。 （文章来源：新京报）
