硅料 最低价击穿6万元\/吨 让市场始料未及，无限 逼近此前5.5万元\/吨的大底部 。根据硅业分会6月28日公布的 太阳能 级多晶硅最新价格，本周单晶致密料成交均价为6.57万元\/吨，周环比降幅为1.05%；单晶菜花料价格最低已至5.5万元\/吨。 国信证券 李恒源等人在6月24日 研报 中测算，按硅料6.5万元\/吨的均价，年初以来价格跌幅已超60%。较去年一度触及的33万元\/吨的高点，累计最大跌幅约80%。 行业人士分析认为，此轮硅料价格大跌主要因厂商库存积压过高、硅料产能投产高峰预期、上下游博弈加剧等所致。随着行业竞争进入白热化，市场 或仍有进一步下跌的可能 。仅目前来看，国内各类型硅料价格普遍缩水近半足以表明当前 硅料供需关系已经彻底扭转 ，这也意味着硅料企业此前两年躺赚超额利润的日子已一去不复返。 ▌ 二三线企业“没吃肉先挨揍” 头部有利可图但也岌岌可危 硅料价格自去年底大幅回落，今年下跌趋势已是业内共识，但此轮降幅如此之大显然超过此前市场的预期。东莞 证券 上周就已表示，硅料价格 已低至一线企业成本线 。业内人士指出，包括 头部在内相继出现停止出货现象 ，个别低价清理前期库存，并有厂商 出现亏损停产的情况 。 在头部企业中，华金 证券 研报显示，硅料行业之中企业集中度高， 通威股份 、保利协鑫（注：现更名 协鑫科技 ）、新疆大全（即 大全能源 ）三大龙头并驾齐驱 ，2021年市占率分别为29%、22%、17%。 东方希望、 新特能源 （ 特变电工 旗下子公司）和亚洲硅业紧跟其后 ，保持着一定竞争力。 行业分析指出，去年 通威股份 的硅料单吨成本约5.95万元， 大全能源 的硅料单吨成本约5.86万元， 新特能源 单吨成本约7.1万\/吨。今年来看， 通威股份 此前在电话会中披露，正常情况下其 硅料单吨成本约为3.5万元 。行业分析称，估计
