日前，人社部中国就业培训技术指导中心、中国标准化研究院、7省市人社部门、就业专家以及快手等多家平台企业代表、用工企业代表共同参加的“直播带岗服务标准座谈会”在北京召开，标志着“直播带岗服务标准”研究项目正式启动。 会上，多地代表分享了各省市直播带岗的探索实践和经验，立讯、歌尔、伯恩光学、金色华勤、最佳东方、职多多等企业代表分享各行各业直播带岗的数字化招募探索。 中国就业培训技术指导中心相关负责人在座谈会上指出，随着数字技术蓬勃发展，直播带岗、线上培训等数字化新模式应运而生。直播带岗是数字化在就业领域的生动写实，是数字赋能就业的具体场景应用，对于促进就业有重要作用。 中国人民大学劳动人事学院教授、博士生导师易定红认为，直播带岗作为一种新业态，将局部劳动力市场通过数字化和精准匹配连接成统一的劳动力市场，提高了整个劳动力市场的效率。 中国新就业形态研究中心主任张成刚指出，政府、平台、企业联合研究制定直播带岗相关服务标准，推动各地开展直播带岗工作，服务各类就业群体，将对各行各业的就业产生长远的价值和影响。 快手“快聘”作为企业代表分享了直播带岗的平台实践。“2022年，快手快聘为线上招聘行业带来14%的新增量，有效促进数字化人才招聘与区域经济发展形成良性循环。面向未来，我们希望通过数字技术推动行业进化，促进高质量充分就业。”快手快聘业务负责人刘逍表示。 据了解，2022年，快手推出直播带岗平台“快聘”，引领直播带岗新模式，为招聘企业和蓝领用户搭建了沟通桥梁，吸引了月度达2.5亿人次的蓝领劳动者参与，全年直播场次超500万场，合作企业超24万家。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
