6月28日，首批“港澳药械通”获批的药品英克西兰和阿培利司运抵前海蛇口自贸区医院，投入临床使用，55岁的高血脂病人郝先生注射了一针英克西兰，成为该院首例港澳药品的临床使用者。这也是该政策首次在前海合作区和南山区落地实施并获正式使用。 据介绍，前海蛇口自贸区医院作为蛇口自贸区内唯一一家公立三级综合医院，今年2月22日获批成为粤港澳大湾区“港澳药械通”第二批指定医疗机构名单。6月7日，获批进口“英克西兰Inclisiran”和“阿培利司Alpelisib”两种港澳药品。在当日交接仪式结束后，医院国际 医疗服务 部完成了此次首例“港澳药品”（英克西兰）临床使用。 作为第一例接受英克西兰注射的患者，55岁的郝先生告诉记者，“英克西兰Inclisiran”这种药只需每半年打一次，效果好，副作用也很小。原本想去香港打，现在终于能在家门口用上港药了。 据前海蛇口自贸区医院医务科副主任医师吴燕华介绍，此次交接的两种港澳药品，“英克西兰Inclisiran”是已在全球广泛使用的降血脂药，将为普通患者在降脂治疗上提供更多选择；“阿培利司Alpelisib”则是用于治疗患有携带PIK3CA突变的激素受体阳性+HER2阴性的晚期或转移性乳腺癌的药品，且是世界上唯一一款针对该基因突变的靶向药，对于罕见病的患者来说无异于救命。 据了解，为确保患者用药安全，按照省市相关政策和港澳药品管理规定的要求，医院制定和完善相应的配套制度，强化港澳药品管理，并对相关医护人员进行专业培训，以便深入了解药品的使用技术规范和要求，保障用药的安全性。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
