据河南发布7月17日消息，今天，河南全省新型基础设施建设工作推进会议在郑州召开，会议通报了全省新基建推进情况。郑州市、洛阳市、河南省交通运输厅、河南省住房城乡建设厅、河南移动、豫信电科作交流发言。 河南省委书记楼阳生指出，新基建是现代化河南建设的新基石。要拓宽视野、提高认识，深刻理解加快发展新基建是推动数字化转型、建设数字强省的迫切需要，是推进优势再造、增强发展后劲的战略工程，是构建一流创新生态、打造国家创新高地和重要人才中心的重要支撑，进一步增强紧迫感，科学谋划、前瞻布局，加快构建系统完备、高效实用、智能绿色、安全可靠的高水平新型基础设施体系，为现代化河南建设提供新平台新支撑、塑造新动能新优势。 楼阳生强调，要集中发力、重点突破，提升建设规模、质量、效益和能级，推动新型基础设施建设迈上新台阶。 一要加快建设泛在先进的信息基础设施，突出通信网络基础设施、算力基础设施两大重点，全面部署新一代通信网络，加快打造中部算力高地，积极发展卫星互联网，抢滩布局前沿信息基础设施，巩固提升信息通信枢纽和信息集散中心地位。 二要大力发展高效协同的融合基础设施，深度应用互联网、 大数据 、 人工智能 等技术，加快发展智慧交通、智慧能源设施、 工业互联 网，赋能传统基础设施向数字化、绿色化、智能化转型升级。 三要前瞻布局国际国内领先的创新基础设施，高标准规划建设重大科技基础设施，打造高水平实验室体系，做强产业技术创新平台，加快建设创新基础设施集群。 四要切实筑牢安全防护屏障，统一谋划、统一部署、统一推进，强化 网络安全 保障能力，提升关键信息基础设施安全运行水平，构建高稳定性、高可靠性的新型基础设施安全体系。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
