7月28日，由中华全国总工会、中共北京市委、北京市人民政府主办的以“匠心筑梦技能报国”为主题的第二届大国工匠创新交流大会暨大国工匠论坛在京开幕。中央政治局委员、北京市委书记尹力，全国人大常委会副委员长、中华全国总工会主席王东明出席开幕式并致辞。 尹力指出，技能人才特别是高技能人才，是支撑中国制造、中国创造的重要力量。要深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于技能人才工作的重要指示批示精神，坚持政治引领，把广大技能人才最广泛最紧密地团结在党的周围。实施急需紧缺高技能人才培养工程，涵养技能人才成长生态。创新评价与激励机制，让各类人才的创新才智充分涌流。大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，广泛凝聚劳动光荣、技能宝贵、创造伟大的社会共识，唱响新时代“劳动者之歌”。 王东明强调，习近平总书记发表的一系列重要讲话、作出的一系列重要指示批示，为加强技能人才培养工作提供了遵循。各级工会要加强职工思想政治引领，搭建职工创新创造平台，广泛深入持久开展劳动和技能竞赛，深化“五小”等群众性创新活动，打通职工技能提升的难点堵点，畅通技能人才职业发展通道，培养造就更多高技能人才和大国工匠。 （文章来源：经济日报）
