当前正是秋粮产量形成的重要时期，也是农业防汛抗旱的关键时期。为应对极端天气复杂严峻、病虫害多发重发态势，农业农村部把防灾减灾夺秋粮丰收作为当前三农领域压倒性的任务强力推进，启动下沉一线包省包片奋战100天夺秋粮丰收行动，部领导包保、派出100多名干部和354名专家分赴27个秋粮生产省份，深入一线精准指导防灾减灾、单产提升、秋粮田管等重点任务落实，帮助基层解决实际困难问题。 针对当前秋粮生产中存在的部分田块大豆长势弱茎秆软、玉米中后期可能脱肥、水稻“两迁”害虫防控压力大、玉米草地贪夜蛾持续北上、大豆病虫害偏重发生、大豆玉米带状复合种植地块病虫草害和除草剂药害点片出现、植保 无人机 施药作业不规范等7方面突出问题，农业农村部种植业管理司会同全国农技中心制定7项针对性强的技术指导意见，举办3期专题技术培训班，开展2—3次区域集中下沉一线技术指导，强化水肥调控管理、构建健壮群体，科学防控病虫、促进灌浆结实，全力以赴夺取秋粮丰收。 （文章来源：农业农村部）
