我国是鳗鱼的出口大国，且多以烤鳗的形式出口，主要销往欧洲、日本、东南亚等国家和地区。 广东佛山顺德区是鳗鱼主要养殖和加工基地之一，在一家鳗鱼加工厂，一条条去骨鳗鱼通过传送带送入烤炉烤制。不到一小时，色泽鲜艳、香味扑鼻的原条烤鳗鱼出炉，经过速冻、真空包装后，将从顺德北滘货运码头发运，数天后就能到达日本市场上销售。 广东佛山某食品有限公司业务经理冯瑶： 日本每年7月或8月都会举行“鳗鱼节”，节日前后是日本鳗鱼传统的消费旺季。我们一般会提前做好生产规划，今年3月开始承接订单，4月至6月是工厂的生产旺季，目前上半年的订单基本已经发完了。 冯瑶告诉记者，他们生产的烤鳗九成用于出口。记者了解到，在顺德当地，已经形成了鳗苗培育、鳗鱼养殖、饲料生产、烤鳗加工和产品出口的完整产业链。根据统计，目前，顺德区烤鳗年出口值已超10亿元人民币。除了传统的蒲烧产品，切段、小包装等多种形式的新产品，也受到市场欢迎，附加值进一步提高。 广州海关所属佛山海关驻顺德办事处综合业务科副科长方剑锋： 今年上半年经顺德口岸申报出口烤鳗达到4144.2吨、5.48亿元。其中，二季度出口货重、货值环比一季度出口分别增长23.9%、28.2%。 （文章来源：央视财经）
