目前河南正处于暴雨黄色预警中，根据《河南省防汛应急预案》有关规定，河南省防指决定于8月26日11时启动防汛三级应急响应。 据河南省气象台消息，8月26日9时至27日8时，黄河以北和郑州、开封、三门峡、洛阳、平顶山、许昌、漯河、南阳、信阳西部、驻马店西部、周口西部、商丘西部将出现暴雨，部分县市将出现大暴雨，南阳北部、平顶山个别点可达特大暴雨，强降雨时伴有雷电大风等强对流天气。 根据《河南省防汛应急预案》有关规定，河南省防指决定于8月26日11时启动防汛三级应急响应。河南省防指要求各地各单位克服麻痹松懈思想，狠抓强降雨防范各项工作措施落实。要认真把握本轮秋汛范围广、雨强大、历时长、不确定性强、叠加影响大的特点，加强监测预报预警，滚动会商研判调度，适时启动防汛应急响应，切实做好应急避险、应急抢险工作。 河南省防指要求，要密切关注山洪和地质灾害、城市内涝、农田积水、景区安全管理、中小河流洪水、小型水库、淤地坝、尾矿库等重点部位和关键环节，加强雷暴大风等强对流天气防范应对，全力保障人民群众生命财产安全。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
