华泰证券 8月23日 研报 指出，北向近期的大幅流出仅为资金波动项，杠杆、 ETF 等资金趋势项稳步修复。上周市场有所调整，经济数据偏弱、美债及美元回升是扰动主因，A股日成交额回落至约7000亿元，增量资金修复波折不断、但积极因素正在显露：1）截至8月22日，北向连续净流出12日，但累计 净流入 规模自5月以来并无明显下滑（前两周净流出规模与7月末净流入规模相近），北向是波动项而非趋势项；2）7月末以来杠杆、公募新发温和修复，亮点在于ETF净申购规模较高（尤其是宽基指数ETF，上周净申购约200亿）；3）企业 回购 预案、 基金 自购高点通常领先或同步于市场底部，当前A股回购预案规模、基金自购规模均处于阶段高点，或预示当前市场底部位置较为坚实。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
