据财政部网站，2023年8月19日，二十国集团（G20）财政和卫生部长联合会议在印度甘地纳格尔以 线上线下 相结合的方式举行。会议主要就G20框架内加强并改善关于疫情大流行防范准备和应对（PPR）的财政与卫生协调机制安排、识别和应对大流行病带来的经济风险及脆弱性以及应对疫情大流行的大规模干预准备工作等议题进行了讨论。财政部部长刘昆以视频方式出席会议并发言。 刘昆指出，中方积极践行习近平主席提出的全球发展倡议和人类卫生健康共同体理念，是最早承诺将新冠疫苗作为全球公共产品、最早支持疫苗 知识产权 豁免、对外提供疫苗最多的国家。中国财政部坚持人民至上、生命至上，与卫生、疾控等部门通力合作，全力做好国内疫情防控和国际抗疫合作经费保障，最大程度保护好人民生命安全和身体健康。 刘昆强调，G20财政和卫生联合工作机制运行良好，应继续发挥好这些机制对WHO的支持作用。希望各方积极借鉴本次会议讨论的报告成果，加强财政和卫生部门协调，有效防范和应对疫情大流行对本国经济社会发展的干扰，并共同推动疫后更加包容、更加普惠和更有韧性的全球发展。同时，相关工作应在充分尊重各国国情和紧迫需求基础上稳慎开展。中方将与各方持续推进交流合作，共建人类卫生健康共同体。 （文章来源：界面新闻）
