证券 时报e公司讯， 中金公司 研报 表示，央行调降7天逆 回购 利率 10基点至1.80%，调降1年期MLF 利率 15基点至2.50%。值得注意的是，本次为非对称降息，逆回购利率下调幅度小于MLF，或意在平抑收益率曲线，更多支持实体经济。MLF是实体存贷款利率的锚，其调降15bp或彰显对实体经济的支持。而7天逆回购利率是短端资金市场利率的锚，由于流动性充裕，今年来债券市场加杠杆情绪有所升温，回购余额在历史较高水平，短端降息较少有助于防范套利。这次降息释放逆周期调节加力信号。我们预计未来进一步降准降息亦有空间，而财政和准财政政策更值得期待。 （文章来源： 证券 时报·e公司）
