据中国地震台网正式测定：8月13日20时55分在云南楚雄州双柏县（北纬24.32度，东经101.88度）发生4.4级地震，震源深度10千米。昆明、玉溪、红河等周边区域有明显震感。 13日21时34分，双柏县应急局工作人员告诉上游新闻记者 ，目前暂未接到人员伤亡或房屋倒塌的报告。21时40分许，楚雄州应急局工作人员称，州应急局正在向双柏县政府了解情况，暂时未接到人员伤亡或房屋倒塌的报告，当地政府已调派多个工作组前往相应村落了解情况。 上游新闻记者另从楚雄州消防救援支队获悉，地震发生后，该支队火速在营区集结，并调派前突分队赶赴震中。21时30分许，双柏大队前突分队行驶至雨龙村委会，距离震中光明村委会87公里，预计2小时40分钟后到达，行驶途中通信正常，道路无坍塌。 （文章来源：上游新闻）
