【明报专讯】财经事务及库务局研究立法规管众筹，港大法律学院助理教授任石荣向本报表示，根据他的观察，较少司法管辖区有特别针对非股权式众筹的规例，反而多靠现有法例如反洗黑钱、慈善法或诈骗法等来监管。他指出，目前大型非股权式众筹平台为保障自己声誉，都在条款中限制众筹活动，例如「Kickstarter」不接受政治性质众筹，而大部分平台亦拒绝非法活动的项目，他认为众筹平台的措施加上现有法例，一般而言足以规管众筹活动。 …
