据工业和信息化部9月8日消息，9月6日至7日，2023世界 新能源 汽车大会在德国慕尼黑召开，工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌出席大会并致辞。 辛国斌指出，发展 新能源 汽车已成为各国减少交通领域温室气体排放、推动经济社会低碳转型的共同选择。绿色低碳是汽车产业发展的内在要求，开放合作是 新能源 汽车发展的强大动力，供应链稳定是新能源汽车发展的根本保障。中国将坚定不移推进高水平对外开放，愿与各方一道，持续深化沟通交流，不断加强务实合作，共同推动新能源汽车产业创新发展和交通领域低碳转型，在实现全球碳中和新征程中互学互鉴、互利共赢，促进人类共同繁荣发展。 其间，辛国斌与德国数字化和交通部常务国务秘书施诺尔就自动驾驶技术、智能网联汽车、数字化发展等议题进行深入交流，积极推动第七轮中德政府磋商期间两部达成的共识。工业和信息化部有关司局负责人参加会见。 （文章来源：新京报）
