记者5日从工业和信息化部举行的重点行业稳增长新闻发布会上了解到，工业和信息化部联合相关部门近日发布汽车、电子信息制造业、机械等行业稳增长工作方案。至此，对 GDP 贡献较高的十个工业重点行业稳增长方案均已印发实施，通过政策合力，坚持供需发力，进一步夯实工业稳增长基础。 今年前7个月规模以上 工业增加值 同比增长3.8%，总体保持恢复向好的发展态势。工业 固定资产投资 同比增长8.5%，保持稳步扩张。规模以上工业企业利润总额年初以来降幅逐月收窄。 “我国工业经济生产恢复过程中有一些曲折，但依然在全球主要经济体中处于领先，持续回升向好的态势没有改变。”工业和信息化部运行监测协调局局长陶青在会上说，工业和信息化部会同相关部门，选取钢铁、 有色金属 、石化、化工、建材、机械、汽车、电力装备、轻工业、电子信息制造业等主要制造业行业，制定稳增长政策措施。 陶青告诉记者，对这十个行业推出稳增长举措，主要考虑规模、关联性和带动性等几个方面。据悉，这十个行业合计占规模以上工业的7成左右，都具备产业链长、关联度高等特点。“稳住这些重点行业，基本上就稳住了工业经济。” （文章来源： 证券 时报）
