9月2日，2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会在京开幕。在2023年服贸会金融服务专题活动首日， 京东 科技联合中国 工商银行 在首钢园联合举办“数字人民币促进供应链金融发展”论坛。会上， 京东 科技携手 工商银行 共同推出——基于数字人民币智能合约的可编程供应链金融全链路解决方案。 北京商报记者了解到，供应链金融“牵一发而动全身”，产业链参与方和环节众多，需整合各方的信息流、物流、 资金流 等，实现信息共享，提升资金的流动性并控制风险。传统的供应链金融业务往往使用企业在 银行 开立的一般户的共管模式来实现，这种模式面临着资金难以监管、无法确定资金使用流向、人工方式放还款效率低且风险大、资金不能实时到账、体验差等痛点。将数字人民币与供应链金融业务结合后，数字人民币的可编程性和安全性可解决资金监管难的痛点， 银行 账户松耦合和支付即结算的特性可解决资金流转周期长、效率低的痛点。 在本次推出的基于数字人民币智能合约的可编程供应链金融全链路解决方案中， 京东 科技将数字人民币智能合约搭载在供应链金融业务的上下游，实现融资方依照合约要求，将融资资金直接支付至核心企业，后续交易回笼资金依照智能合约及时归还出资方。整体流程从融资申请、到放款、再到还款，全链路自动化执行，不需人工干预，根据条件自动触发完成。 （文章来源：北京商报）
