超强台风“苏拉”是今年以来登陆广东的最强台风，南方电网深圳供电局全员上下始终以最饱满姿态迎战“苏拉”，一线工作人员更是不惧风雨，以最美的逆行身影，奔走在城市各处。 9月1日晚，受台风“苏拉”影响，大鹏新区一小区公用变压器发生故障导致停电，近120多户居民受到影响。 但此时正处于防台风和防汛一级应急响应期间，根据电力安全作业规程相关规定，为确保人身作业安全，无法立刻现场修复送电。 “抢修更换设备需要时间，需立即安排发电作业保障居民用电！”南方电网深圳大鹏供电局配网资产部副主管潘杰向该局台风防御应急指挥中心汇报道。 2日凌晨，大鹏新区已过10级风圈，但风力雨势依然较强。为了以最快速度恢复小区供电，深圳大鹏供电局立即组织抢修队伍，备齐照明灯、油锯等应急资源，赶往故障现场。 抵达现场后，抢修队员发现，原来是倒伏的树木搭接在了变压器等设备上，导致10千伏跌落式开关设备烧断发生短路停电。 “请立即投入发电作业！”待指挥部下达同意作业命令后，抢修队员冒雨展开发电作业，用油锯清理树木等障碍物、检查发电车油位、断开低压总开关、敷设低压电缆、装拆接地线……一系列抢修操作紧张有序地在现场展开。 雨夜下，抢修队员们的衣服早已被汗水浸透，雨水则不停拍打在脸上、眼镜上，但大家都无暇顾及，争分夺秒，齐心协力、分工协作。经过1个多小时的奋战，抢修队员终于在风雨中完成发电作业，于凌晨2点多为居民成功送电。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
