8月27日晚间， 山外山 披露半年报。上半年，公司 营业收入 3.95亿元，同比增长157.13%；归母 净利润 1.34亿元，同比大增687.10%；扣非净利润1.28亿元，同比增幅达838.66%；每股收益0.9275元。公司拟向全体 股东 每10股派2.00元（含税），同时拟以资本公积金向全体股东每10股转增4.9股。 今年上半年，随着 山外山 血液净化设备在国内外医院的认可度逐年提升，公司不断加大营销力度，销售覆盖范围不断扩大，血液净化设备业务增长237.93%、耗材业务增长52.01%。报告期内，公司境内销售收入为3.28亿元，同比增长142.64%，其中超过50万元的客户数量为126家，去年同期为59家，境内销售收入保持较快增速；公司境外销售收入为6667.87万元，销售收入保持较快增速。 报告显示，1-6月，公司准确把握行业发展趋势，加大研发投入和自主创新，研发投入1494.91万元，较去年同期增长18.09%。报告期内，公司新申请发明专利4项，实用新型专利13项，外观设计专利1项，著作权5项；获得发明专利3项，实用新型专利3项，外观设计专利1项，著作权4项，其他（商标）5项；公司积极推进新产品研发进程，新增一次性使用血液灌流器产品注册证，进一步丰富了公司血液净化产业链的产品种类。 值得一提是，公司坚持“激励技术创新，护航企业发展”的 知识产权 方针，持续挖掘并申报 知识产权 保护。2023年4月, 公司发明专利“多器官功能支持系统”荣获国家 知识产权 “第二十四届中国专利奖优秀奖” 。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证网）
