8月27日，财政部、税务总局公布，为活跃资本市场、提振投资者信心，自2023年8月28日起， 证券 交易印花税实施减半征收。对此，华创 证券 首席经济学家牛播坤表示，此次 证券 交易印花税下调幅度超出市场预期，将在短期起到非常明显的提振效果。从以往来看，下调印花税的正向影响能够持续一个月以上。此举降低了市场交易成本，能够鼓励更多资金进入股市，与此前鼓励长期资金入市的系列举措相配套，将更好提升市场的交易活跃度和流动性，整个市场也将更加富有弹性和韧性。 “本次调降证券交易印花税，充分体现了活跃资本市场的坚定态度和呵护股市的信心决心，释放了重大积极的政策信号。”牛播坤说。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证网）
