在连续8个交易日涨停因为交易异常波动、 股东 违规减持等原因被立案调查后，南京 我乐家居 股份有限公司（以下简称“ 我乐家居 ”）股东违规处罚来了。9月15日， 我乐家居 收到《行政处罚事先告知书》 公告 ，中国证监会拟依法没收于范易及其一致行动人前述违法所得1653.49万元，并处罚款3295万元。 公告显示，对于范易、烟台埃维商贸有限公司、西藏埃维创业投资有限公司、烟台埃维管业有限公司责令改正，给予警告，没收违法所得1653.49万元，并处罚款 3295万元。其中：对于范易没收违法所得2.54万元，并处罚款 5 万元；对烟台埃维商贸有限公司没收违法所得117.91万元，并处罚款230万元； 对西藏埃维创业投资有限公司没收违法所得 401.14万元，并处罚款800万元； 对烟台埃维管业有限公司没收违法所得 1131.9万元，并处罚款2260万元。 此前，我乐家居在经历“8连板”的狂飙行情之后，交易异常波动。交易行情显示，8月28日-9月6日，我乐家居连续上涨，股价从7.53元\/股上涨至16.13元\/股；9月6日，我乐家居发布关于股票交易异常波动的风险提示性公告，表示短期内公司股价涨幅严重高于行业平均水平，在当前公司基本面未发生重大变化的情况下，存在估值较高的风险。当日收盘后，我乐家居披露了一则监管工作函，事由则是股东涉嫌违规减持。 （文章来源：北京商报）
