证券 时报网讯，9月10日，国家金融监督管理总局（下称“金融监管总局”）发布《关于优化 保险 公司偿付能力监管标准的通知》（下称《通知》）。 《通知》将 保险 公司剩余期限10年期以上保单未来盈余计入核心资本的比例，从目前不超过35%提高至不超过40%，鼓励 保险 公司发展长期保障型产品。财产险公司最近一个季度末计算的上两个会计年度末所有非寿险业务再保后未到期责任准备金回溯偏差率的算术平均数、未决赔款准备金回溯偏差率的算术平均数小于等于-5%的，保费风险、准备金风险的最低资本要求减少5%。保险 公司投资 的非基础资产中，底层资产以收回本金和固定利息为目的，且交易结构在三层级及以内（含表层）的，应纳入 利率 风险最低资本计量范围，促进保险公司加强资产负债匹配管理。 金融监管总局有关负责人表示，此举有利于引导保险公司回归保障本源。 （文章来源： 证券 时报网）
