四川在线记者 赵荣昌 “如果发现有消防通道被占的问题，既可以拨打我们119，也可以拨打市长热线举报。”3月4日，宜宾市政务服务中心，该市消防救援支队支队长李卓，耐心地回答着前来咨询的群众问题。 记者了解到，“局长进大厅”是宜宾市为深入开展“我为群众办实事”实践活动，强防窗口人员服务理念、提升窗口人员服务水平的一项重要举措。当日，李卓到市政务服务中心“局长进大厅”为民服务活动消防工作窗口，现场了解了群众办事需求和办事难点。“商业综合体的消防验收，现在部分职责归住建部门管，您可以到那边窗口问问，我带您过去。”遇到一位咨询消防验收事宜的群众，他马上从座位上站起来把这名咨询群众送了过去。 “坐在这个岗位上，今天我就是一名普通的消防工作人员，要做到认真履行进驻职责，了解窗口办事流程，热情接待前来办事咨询的群众，为咨询群众解答业务办理疑难问题和普及消防安全知识。”当天中午，李卓和同事们交流时说到。 当日，李卓还代表支队向咨询群众送上消防纪念品，呼吁他们关注消防、支持消防。 “不但要切实落实疫情防控相关要求，深化放管服改革，在提高服务质量和工作效率上下功夫，还要努力将窗口打造务实、高效的服务型消防窗口。”当天结束后，李卓有个这样的感受：通过开展“局长进大厅”活动，进一步拉近了与办事群众、工作人员的距离，大大提高了为群众办事的质量，获得了群众的认可和好评。“以后没事我要常来。”他说。 记者了解到，宜宾市消防救援支队将以此次“局长进大厅”活动为契机，持续深化“我为群众办实事”实践活动，了解群众需求、倾听群众心声，不断创新工作的方式方法，切实为群众解决实际问题，切实营造办事效率高、服务质量优、群众获得感强的营商环境和服务环境。
