10月10日， 顺鑫农业 （SZ000860，股价23.08元，市值171.2亿元）发布 公告 表示，经管理层研究决定，公司向北京产权交易所申请重新挂牌转让北京顺鑫佳宇 房地产开发 有限公司（以下简称顺鑫佳宇）100%股权项目，并将转让底价调整为25.10亿元。 顺鑫佳宇是 顺鑫农业 的全资子公司，主营业务为 房地产开发 。此前为聚焦主业发展， 顺鑫农业 拟剥离房地产业务。该项目已于2023年8月18日~9月14日，在北京产权交易所进行产权转让信息正式披露，转让底价为30.98亿元。 由于未征集到意向受让方，顺鑫佳宇100%股权项目于9月18日~10月7日，在北京产权交易所再次进行产权转让信息正式披露，转让底价为27.89亿元。然而，北京产权交易所10月9日披露，该项目截至10月7日信息披露期满，仍未征集到意向受让方。 2023年半年报显示，报告期内，顺鑫农业 营业收入 为62.11亿元，同比下降4.72%；归母 净利润 为负0.81亿元，同比下降302.54%。纵观上半年：公司 白酒 行业营收为45.53亿元，占营业收入比重为73.31%，同比下降7.26%。公司在 白酒 行业促销费用为3.04亿元，同比增长146.63%；顺鑫农业屠宰行业营收为12.40亿元，占营业收入比重为19.96%，同比增长16.55%。此外，顺鑫农业地产板块整体实现营业收入12.26亿元，净利润3.32亿元，其中顺鑫佳宇出售商务中心及寰宇中心两栋楼宇资产确认收入9.94亿元，因出售资产产生的收入和损益在合并报表中合并抵消。 半年报还显示，2023年上半年，顺鑫农业坚定推进房地产业务剥离事项，相继完成商务中心及寰宇中心楼宇资产的出售和顺鑫农业对佳宇地产的债 转股 工作，并在推进在北京产权交易所公开挂牌转让顺鑫佳宇100%股权的相关工作。 （文章来源：每日经济新闻）
