【明报专讯】政府昨日起向全港市民派发「防疫服务包」，率先向劏房及「三无大厦」住户派发，截至昨晚6时已派约157万个。署理民政事务局长陈积志称首日派发畅顺，有信心在7天目标期内完成派发350万个防疫包。记者昨跟随义工派发服务包，发现有义工难辨唐楼单位用途，结果照派给货仓内的人；另在观塘及红磡均见有劏房户被遗漏，而社区组织协会亦收到求助，有一劏十多户的单位只获派一个防疫包。参与派发的工联会立法会议员邓家彪表示，义工不会过问单位是否自住，故难免有重复派发，需靠市民诚实。 …
