情况通报 10月22日10时许，有两队旅友进入大黑山进行攀岩活动，两名同行人员发生了意外事故。经公安机关调查核实，两队旅友从野路进入大黑山，进入景区后，无视安全警告标识提示，执意开展攀岩活动，后又无视工作人员劝阻，导致意外发生。 其中一队在位于关门寨500磴附近区域攀岩，队伍中一名60岁左右女性旅友，在攀岩过程中从崖壁上失足坠落，摔至重伤，目前，已被救护人员护送至医院进行抢救。另一队在位于关门寨400磴附近区域攀岩，队伍中一名60岁左右男性旅友，在攀岩过程中从崖壁上失足坠落，经法医认定，现已无生命体征。 上述发生的意外事故，教训惨痛！为杜绝类似情况再次发生，景区将进一步加强对从野路进入景区的管控，对于无视景区安全管理规定的行为，采取最严厉的惩罚措施，一经发现旅友擅自从野路进入景区，进行攀岩、徒步穿林等活动行为，景区将联合执法部门进行实名记录，加入黑名单，终身禁入大黑山景区进行观光、游览等一切形式的旅游行为。对违反相关法律规定的，将移交相关部门进行处理。 生命只有一次，户外活动，安全第一！景区再次提醒各位游客：请按照景区规定路线游览，严禁进入未开放区域；严禁走野路、穿林、攀岩；严禁携带火种进山。 望周知。 大连大黑山景区 2023年10月22日 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
