10月20日，由《 证券 日报》社主办的第五届 乳业 资本论坛在北京召开。针对“数智化时代乳企如何利用数智化来助力企业实现高质量发展”，越秀辉山控股数字化中心总经理王子丰表示，希望借助数智化持续提升全产业链产品品质，为消费者奉上一杯更新鲜的牛奶。 越秀辉山隶属于越秀集团，越秀集团是广州市属国有企业。“2020年，越秀集团 重组 辉山 乳业 ，在两年多的时间里，越秀辉山通过集中建设一百多个数字化项目，顺利完成企业性质转变、管理变革和文化融合，快速补齐数字化能力短板。”王子丰表示，辉山 乳业 的品牌历史可追溯到1951年，总部在辽宁沈阳，业务涵盖饲草种植、饲料加工、奶牛养殖、乳品加工及销售等全产业链，拥有100%自主奶源。 通过不断“补课”，目前越秀辉山已经实现了上下游全产业链的数字化全覆盖。王子丰举例介绍，通过引进自动驾驶和自研收储App，借助 北斗导航 技术，越秀辉山精细化耕种作业管理到厘米级，提高土地利用率2%左右。 新的模式是否会带来成本的增加？王子丰表示，成本增加并不是特别多，今年亩产接近3吨，所提升产量完全可以抵消投入。同时，新的作业模式进一步提高了青储饲料的产品质量。“好牛奶是种出来的”，越秀辉山的全产业链从种草开始。王子丰介绍，通过自营牧场的专业团队进行精细化管理，用优质饲养养育出健康的奶牛，为消费者奉上高质量的产品，是我们企业的责任。 （文章来源： 证券 日报）
