10月21日，国家电网有限公司董事长辛保安在第24届亚太电协大会上指出，亚太地区是全球经济最具活力的增长带，也是全球能源消费最为强劲的地区。当前，全球能源格局深刻调整，新一轮能源革命加速演进。亚太地区应当以建设清洁低碳、安全充裕、经济高效、供需协同、灵活智能的新型电力系统为着力点，推动新型能源体系建设，促进能源生产清洁化、能源消费电气化、能源配置广域化、能源创新融合化、能源业态数智化，共同推动亚太能源绿色低碳转型，为亚太地区发展繁荣注入新动能、新活力。 辛保安提出四点建议：一是交流互鉴，更好推动亚太能源绿色发展。大力支持清洁能源产业发展，积极倡导绿色消费，以能源产业绿色变革促进发展方式和生活方式绿色转型。二是同舟共济，更好促进亚太能源互联互通。积极参与共建“ 一带一路 ”持续扩大跨境电力联网规模，推动电力资源更大范围、更高效率的优化配置和共享互济。三是协同创新，更好引领亚太电力高质量发展。聚焦高端电力装备、柔性输电、新型电网等重点领域，加大跨行业、跨学科、跨国界联合攻关力度，促进技术转移共享。四是互利共赢，更好加强亚太电力治理合作。促进区域内电力产业链、供应链、价值链深度融合，凝聚起亚太电力合作最大公约数，共创亚太电力更加光明的未来。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证网）
