A股上市公司三季报披露季，部分公司公布了三季报的 分红 方案。截至10月24日，A股有 日辰股份 、 磁谷科技 、 大华股份 、 龙佰集团 、 力星股份 、 大族数控 6家上市公司计划现金分红。在公布分红预案之后， 大族数控 24日收涨5.77%。 几家公司中 大华股份 分红总额最大，拟向全体 股东 每10股派发现金3.1元（含税），现金分红总额约10.16亿元。今年前三季度，公司实现营收222.78亿元，同比增长5.23%；实现扣非后归母 净利润 24.02亿元，同比增长51.68%。从第三季度单季来看，公司实现营收76.45亿元，同比增长7.91%；实现扣非后归母净利润6.48亿元，同比增长97.31%。 同样大手笔分红的还有 大族数控 ，24日公司宣布每10股派发现金8.5元，合计派发现金3.57亿元。和 大华股份 不同的是，大族数控是在 业绩 下滑的背景下开展分红，前三季度公司实现营业总收入11.4亿元，同比下降46.88%；归母净利润1.59亿元，同比下降60.16%，业绩下滑的原因是报告期收入规模下降。 通常情况下，营收净利双增、现金流情况良好是上市公司积极进行分红的主要动力。例如 力星股份 前三季度归母净利润增长超过40%，经营活动产生的现金流量净额同比增长超200%，公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金2.5元（含税），合计派发现金7350.76万元（含税）。 上市公司分红一直是投资者关注的焦点之一。现金分红作为上市公司股利分配的重要方式，是投资者实现合理投资回报的有效渠道。积极鼓励上市公司现金分红，有助于完善股东回报机制，引导价值投资和长期投资。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
