美国生物制药公司Coherus BioSciences官网显示，当地时间10月27日，该公司与 君实生物 共同宣布美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准LOQTORZI（特瑞普利单抗）用于治疗复发性或转移性鼻咽癌（NPC）。据悉，该药物是FDA批准的美国第一个用于鼻咽癌患者的药物。 官网显示，FDA批准LOQTORZI（特瑞普利单抗）联合顺铂和吉西他滨用于成人转移性或复发性局部晚期鼻咽癌的一线治疗。鼻咽癌是一种侵袭性癌症，始于鼻咽、鼻子后面的喉咙上部和颅底附近。由于原发肿瘤的位置，手术不常作为治疗选择，局部疾病的患者主要采用放疗和化疗。 LOQTORZI预计将于2024年第一季度在美国上市。 生物制药公司 君实生物 成立于2012年12月，致力于创新疗法的发现、开发和商业化。公司已建立多元化的研发管线，包括50多个在研药物，涵盖癌症、自身免疫、代谢、神经和传染病等5个治疗重点领域。Coherus是一家处于商业阶段的生物制药公司，专注于治疗癌症的创新免疫疗法的研究、开发和商业化。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
