证券 时报券中社讯，12月8日九泰 基金公告 称，九泰天奕量化价值混合 基金 、九泰量化新兴产业混合基金、九泰天宝混合基金近期以通讯方式召开了持有人大会。根据计票结果，三只基金参加该次基金份额持有人大会表决的基金份额小于权益登记日基金总份额的50%，均未达到法律法规及基金 合同 规定的会议召开条件，相关基金的基金份额持有人大会召集失败。 根据该基金此前 公告 ，上述三只基金均为规模不足5000万元的迷你基金。前两只基金召开持有人大会，均旨在审议基金持续运作议案。九泰天宝混合基金召开持有人大会，则旨在审议终止基金合同议案。九泰天奕量化价值混合基金成立于2020年5月，截至今年三季度末该基金规模不足500万元，截至目前该基金成立以来亏损幅度超过9%。九泰量化新兴产业混合基金成立于2021年4月，截至今年三季度末规模为0.39亿元，截至目前成立以来亏损超过40%。九泰天宝混合基金成立于2015年7月，截至今年三季度末规模为0.04亿元，截至目前该基金A份额近3年亏损近40%。 此外，根据九泰久慧混合基金12月8日公告，该基金拟于近日召开持有人大会，审议该基金持续运作议案。九泰久慧混合基金成立于2021年5月，截至今年三季度末规模0.3亿元，截至目前该基金成立以来亏损超过9%。早在今年6月至7月时，该基金召开过一次持有人大会，但同样因基金份额持有人大会表决的基金份额小于权益登记日基金总份额的50%，未达到召开条件，持有人大会召集失败。 （文章来源： 证券 时报网）
