11月29日， 山西证券 震荡走低。截至收盘跌1.24%，报5.57元\/股，最新市值199.95亿元。 消息面上，交易商协会官网信息显示，根据市场机构反映的信息， 山西证券 在相关债务融资工具发行环节，涉嫌干扰发行定价，影响市场秩序。依据《 银行 间债券市场自律处分规则》，交易商协会对 山西证券 启动自律调查。 资料显示，山西 证券 成立于1988年7月，是全国首批 证券 公司之一，属国有控股性质。2010年9月，公司上市首发申请获中国证监会发审委审核通过，11月15日正式在深圳 证券 交易所挂牌上市。 从 业绩 来看，2023年前三季度山西证券 营业收入 24.74亿元，同比下降18.6%；归母 净利润 3.38亿元，同比下降10.47%。 根据梳理，包括本次山西证券在内，已是交易商协会2023年以来第6次对金融机构启动了自律调查，其中就包括7家 券商 （包括山西证券）。 2023年3月31日，交易商协会在查处四平市城市发展投资控股有限公司案件时，对4家涉及发行环节违规的金融机构启动自律调查，其中就包括主承销商和簿记管理人 光大证券 。今年6月， 光大证券 被交易商协会予以严重警告，责令其针对本次事件中暴露出的问题进行全面深入的整改。 记者注意到，交易商协会于2023年6月20日印发了《关于进一步加强 银行 间债券市场发行业务规范有关事项的通知》。针对部分债券存在发行定价不审慎、低价包销换取市场份额、未遵循市场化原则确定 利率 区间等发行业务不规范情形，进一步明确 银行 间债券市场发行操作规范，以加强发行业务自律管理。 （文章来源：深圳商报）
