据工信部电子 知识产权 中心消息，近日，《中国AI大模型创新和专利技术分析报告》（以下简称《报告》）发布。 我国大模型专利申请总数突破4万件，呈现出强劲的增长势头。 其中， 百度 、腾讯、阿里等国内头部企业表现突出，涌现出大量专利创新成果。 百度 、腾讯、阿里等企业专利申请数量均突破400件， 百度 、腾讯专利授权量均突破100件。其余企业也展现出较为活跃的创新态势。 排名前十位的企业主体总计申请专利达3800余件，授权专利960余件，分别占我国大模型创新主体专利总数的9.6%和8.7%。 《报告》显示，多模态融合和跨领域应用是大模型专利技术的发展趋势，软件业、制造业及服务业等是我国大模型创新主体专利布局较多的行业，专利布局数量分别为3.6万件、3.4万件、2.8万件。从主要创新主体的应用场景分布看，百度、腾讯、阿里等企业深入推进专利产业化发展，在软件业、制造业等众多行业的专利布局较多。 《报告》认为，大模型作为新一代 人工智能 的关键技术，随着数据量和计算能力的持续增强，其在智能应用领域的普及度和影响力将愈发深远。我国大模型专利积累丰富，技术创新加快迭代，大模型应用场景加速落地，具备良好的产业基础和发展环境。 来源：读创财经 （文章来源：读创）
