四川在线记者 陈松 “开车不喝酒、喝酒不开车”早已深入人心，但总有心存侥幸者，无视自己与他人的安全，以身试法，酒后驾车，甚至醉驾上路。 记者3月1日从四川高速公安一分局获悉，2月11日凌晨1时20分许，天府机场高速涌泉互通路段发生一起追尾事故，事故致两车受损，所幸无人员伤亡。 在事故现场，民警核实驾驶人身份时，前方车辆驾驶人伍某某和乘客均满身酒气，回答民警问话含糊不清，驾驶人伍某某甚至做出了高举双手的“投降”姿势，经现场对其进行呼气式酒精检测，测试结果为188mg\/100ml。后在医院抽取伍某某血液送检，检验报告显示，其血液样品中乙醇浓度为188.1mg\/100mL，含量超醉驾标准2倍多，已属醉酒驾驶，涉嫌危险驾驶罪。 据伍某某称，当日夜晚和朋友吃饭时自己喝了半斤左右白酒，酒足饭饱之后，想着已是深夜路上没交警查车，就抱着侥幸心理开车准备送朋友回家，谁知途中神志不清，稀里糊涂就开到了机场高速上，还被民警当场挡获。 该起事故中，伍某某驾驶的车辆虽是被他人追尾，但因醉酒后驾驶机动车上道路行驶，其行为违反了《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第二十二条第二款“饮酒、服用国家管制的精神药品或者麻醉药品，或者患有妨碍安全驾驶机动车的疾病，或者过度疲劳影响安全驾驶的，不得驾驶机动车”之规定，是造成此次事故的原因之一，承担事故同等责任。目前，驾驶人伍某某因涉嫌危险驾驶罪已被公安机关刑事立案侦查。事故发生后，伍某某对自己醉酒驾车的行为深感懊悔，等待他的将是法律的严惩。(图片由高速公安一分局提供)
